Opening of Varazdat Arzumanyan’s Photo/Video Studio in Javakhk region

On the 7th of December 2012, Mr. Varazdat Arzumanyan, along with TRDP, hosted the grand opening of his newly-refurbished Photo/Video Studio in the town of Ninotsminda in Javakhk, Georgia. With the assistance of TRDP, Mr. Arzumanyan renovated and refurnished his studio, and purchased new equipment to expand his services. The newly-refurbished business will attract new customers by providing a much greater variety of services at lower prices.

More than forty guests attended the opening ceremony, including representatives from the regional television and newspaper media, local NGOs, other TRDP beneficiaries and local residents. TRDP beneficiaries congratulated their colleague and expressed their interest in future cooperation and networking with him. Mr. Arzumanyan’s studio is the only one in the region currently offering numerous photo and video services.

During the opening ceremony, Mr. Arzumanyan expressed his gratitude for the TRDP Javakhk region Team Leaders for their support and consultation throughout the whole process of renovation. He emphasized that the skills in marketing, finance and development of a business plan that he learned from the TRDP training was indispensable to his success.
